PSG's Senny Mayulu Injured During France U21 Match

Senny Mayulu, the 20-year-old midfielder from Paris Saint-Germain, suffered an injury while playing for France’s U21 team. The match saw Gérald Baticle’s squad secure a 2-0 win against Estonia on Tuesday, but not without some setbacks.

The biggest blow was to Lille OSC’s Ethan Mbappé, who left the pitch early with an ankle injury. Baticle expressed concern over Mbappé’s condition after he was carried off on a stretcher. Later in the game, Mayulu also had to leave due to discomfort.

Mayulu exited just before halftime because of pain in his left thigh. Baticle confirmed the substitution was made as a safety measure, avoiding any risk to the young PSG academy graduate. Mayulu’s involvement this season has been limited; he has appeared in only four matches across all competitions and has even missed several matchday squads.
