Manchester United Secure Tynan Thompson from Spurs for £8m
Manchester United have moved decisively for one of the most talked-about prospects in English youth football, sealing a deal for Tottenham Hotspur winger Tynan Thompson in a package worth up to £8million.
United will pay an initial £4m for the 18-year-old, with a further £4m tied to performance-related add-ons linked to his first-team impact at Old Trafford. Spurs have also secured a 15% sell-on clause, a clear sign of how highly they still rate the winger they nurtured from the age of 12.

Last season he shredded defences at youth level, scoring seven goals in seven UEFA Youth League games and finishing the campaign with 13 goals and six assists across Tottenham’s Under-18 and Under-21 sides.
