The club confirmed the resolution in a statement released Thursday: "Santos FC have settled the Transfer Ban and are again able to participate in the transfer market. This was made possible by support from NR Sports, through which the Club received an immediate financial injection. In exchange, Santos FC and the company will jointly negotiate unsold kit sponsorship inventory."

This urgent move comes amid a squad depth crisis, with Santos still managing an estimated £13 million total debt. The ban removal clears the way for the signing of former Juventus midfielder Arthur Melo, identified as a key target by Diario Sport.
