Complete List of Winners at the 2026 PFA Awards

The 53rd PFA Awards took place at the Manchester Opera House, recognizing outstanding talent across English football leagues, including the Premier League, EFL Championship, League One and Two, alongside the Women’s Super League and its second division, for the 2025–26 season.

These awards are special as players themselves vote to honor their peers, celebrating achievements such as Player of the Year, Young Player of the Year, and Team of the Year.

Top Players of the Year

Bruno Fernandes claimed the men’s Player of the Year title after setting a Premier League record with 21 assists in one season. He’s the first Manchester United player to win this award since Wayne Rooney in 2010.

For the women, Khadija “Bunny” Shaw earned her second Player of the Year trophy, becoming the first to secure three consecutive WSL golden boots by scoring 21 goals in 22 games, helping Manchester City clinch the league.

In League One, former Leyton Orient striker Dom Ballard, now at Bristol City, was honored as Player of the Year.

Swindon Town’s forward Aaron Drinan took the League Two Player of the Year title.
